OUR TEAM
Bob Morton (Sales Reprehensive) has been licensed to practice real estate since early 1987, winning sales achievement awards every year since 1988.
A consistent top sales producer for 3 corporately owned real estate brokerages. He has been constantly and continuously requested to join some of Canada’s finest Real Estate Brokerages. In 1999 he made the choice to join with Royal LePage.
Bob has paired with the Aurora office of Royal LePage Your Community Realty, and the relationship has been a successful one for both.
For many years Bob has been a builder and renovator, and has a comprehensive understanding of owning rental and commercial properties. His knowledge and first hand experience makes him a valued team member with investors and contractors. He has a passion for working with first time home buyers, and investors, helping them unearth the strategies that will enable them to achieve their dream. His long list of loyal clientele has been very crucial to his successful career.
Bob also realizes the value of Life Long Learning and never tires of expanding his knowledge base; continuing education is a priority with our team. This not only expands our abilities, but it allows us to keep current with new innovations in the market making sure our clients and customers have the best representation possible.
Bob is also active in the community and dedicates both time and financial resources to numerous sports and community groups. He is very active in community hockey, and was born of a strong work ethic and attention to client service, the Teams motto is "Integrity, Honesty, Loyalty", and it is practiced everyday.
Petra Watson-Morton – (Sales Representative and Assistant to Bob Morton)
Petra has worked with Bob since 2007. She started as a part-time receptionist/secretary in Bob busy office, but quickly became excited about learning more and becoming a full partner in Bob’s business. Even with the demands of a busy home life and the blending of a new family after their marriage it became extremely important to make education a goal. In June of 2009, she completed her real estate licensing courses and now works with Bob full-time.
Her background as a business woman and entrepreneur in visual arts has benefited her well in the smooth transition to real estate.
